Bel emplacement, en retrait des rues touristiques. Belles pizza avec ingrédients frais. Le point noir a été l’attente, un employé leur a fait faux bond apparemment.

Bel emplacement, des employés aux petits soins. Une pizza reste une pizza et leurs exceptionnelles bien plus chères, ne sont pas si exceptionnelles que ça. On a néanmoins passé une très belle soirée.

Ruined our night! (Only night in Noto) Worst service experienced in many years. We waited patiently 1,5hr for our food. checking the order 3 times, as things was taking so long. They confirmed and assyrier all was ok with the order, 2 different waitors. After 1,5hr patiently, one waitor comes to our table and informs us ”Im sorry, we have not noted your order”. Nothing else. No solution, No excuse. Nothing. We left! Worth noting, we were sittning in the middle and they passed us over 50times to go to other tables. Not recommended!

Dear Viktoria, we are very sorry about what happened. Unfortunately due to a misofrtunate combination of events, our system for the orders truly broke down and our waiters lost all data and counts. I know it was your only night in noto, but if you could come back we would appreciate the opportunity to have you both as guests. Sometimes things out of control happen and we apologize but in this instance we admit we made a mistake because of something that went out of our control.
