D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine japonaise est plutôt bonne. Rien n'est mieux que de goûter un miso ramen cuit à la perfection. Les gourmets disent qu'une glace à la fraise est savoureuse ici. Plusieurs critiques ont attiré l'attention sur le fait que vous pouvez boire un thé glacé immense à ce restaurant.
L'atmosphère agréable de SHIMIZU KITCHEN fait que les visiteurs se sentent bien et passent un bon temps. Un personnel gracieux attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à ce lieu est énorme. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix adéquat. Les clients de cet endroit sont entourés par un décor beau. Les utilisateurs de Google qui sont allés à ce restaurant déclarent que la note la plus appropriée est 4.7.

Please note the picture below is real Ramen from Japan not from Shimizu kitchen. Since you review a Japanese Ramen joint on the Ramen, and that alone.. Has anyone actually been to Japan here that's posting reviews? Broth, amount of pork, and toppings were lacking here. The broth lacks the flavor of a typical Umami (savory) I'm just not impressed.. I've tasted way better (just an off day before closing?? Doubtful) the Vietnamese soup place across the way has 5x the flavor even. Pork was sliced so damn thin, given pork is the cheapest meat in the grocery store, this is just sad. There are barely any veggies, basic cabbage only. Wheres the baby corn, mushrooms, cilantro, and everything that makes Ramen good?? And all this for $18 bucks a bowl? I know times are tough with inflation.. but yikes... The only saving grace of this restaurant is the decor. 1 of 5 stars on the food. BTW here is a picture of real ramen from Japan, please take note of the thick slice of pork Belly. TAKE NOTE SHIMZU KITCHEN. This is just deeper problem of Ramen joints in Calgary, cheap amount of frickin toppings and pork, stop being so cheap with toppings! I ain't paying 16+ for broth water.
