My family and I decided to visit this establishment. A girl met us at the entrance, we asked if there was a table for 3? - Yes, we indicated which one we would like to sit at, it was not cleared. The girl cleared the plates and we sat down, saying that the waiter would come over now. 15 minutes passed since we sat at the table, no one approached us. But the most interesting thing is that 3 tables were served before us, and the guests arrived after us!!! The service is at an outrageous level. It’s not at all clear where the waiters are. No uniform, no badge. It is not clear how to contact and to whom. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. Service: 1

Yesterday I arrived at early 11 pm. I told the administrator/waiter that I would like to have coffee with dessert, asked if I would have time to do this, and was given a positive answer. I was seated at the outermost table in the corner of the cafe. It was raining outside and I showed the cafe representative the umbrella, was it possible to put it somewhere, he said that he would bring the stand now and left. I was immediately given a drinks menu and that was it. Then the self-service mode turned on. I waited for a while, the young man had already forgotten about me and was talking to other tables. I had to go and look for the menu myself, returning back to the table, I sat again, but no one came up. I went to another cafe. Thank you for your “service”! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
