I have known the Rustica Grill for over 20 years. We only get food here in an emergency. The food is and always has been mediocre, there are various other better chip shops, but they are further away. The store used to be quite cheap, but has now increased the prices. The fries were pretty bad for many years, but only since the NRW fries have they become really good. They usually don't do a good job with the fried rolls either; in fact, they're always fried too short. And the so popular chicken is okay, but nothing special at all and, in my opinion, seasoned too lightly. Card payments are still not possible, absolutely incomprehensible to me in 2024 and not at all up to date. The waitresses are also a special case. None of the women are particularly friendly and as someone else has already written, people sometimes attack each other. And no one ever writes down their orders; when I point them out, they say they can remember them. And as always, people often ask what was ordered again.
