Après une longue journée de travail, vous pouvez goûter un rhum délicieux. Un cappuccino immense fait parti des boissons les plus populaires dans Ruma's. Ce lieu est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Imaginez la combinaison d'un plat délicieux avec un personnel d'attente décontracté, c'est exactement ce que cet endroit vous offre. Un service agréable est toujours un plaisir. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix abordable. Une atmosphère confortable est ce que représente Ruma's.

For a long time (approximately since 2017) periodically, i.e. Almost every day, I went to establishments of this chain for coffee: in general, it was +/- adequate. After this, 2 years ago a very strange situation happened when 3 (!) times in a row (and 2 of them at different points) cappuccino (2 times) and flat (1 time) were prepared of very low quality: at the level of capsule coffee. For Moscow in 2021 (at that time), the story is simply wild: in terms of coffee in Zelenograd, I switched to DB - who knows, he will understand (fortunately they are nearby, and for the amount of +70 rubles on the same flat - the taste cannot be compared and, what is important is that they did not deteriorate during the same time period, although I understand that this is subjective). But this is just the beginning of the story :). At the end of the summer of this year, sincerely believing that mistakes are possible in any business, passing by Ruma's on Central Avenue, I decided to stop by for coffee, obeying the principles of humanism and giving creative people a chance to improve in their own eyes :). In summary: yes, I’m ready to believe that 2 years were not in vain and the taste of the coffee (it was flat) corresponds to the stated price. Although this did not force me to refuse the offer of competitors (usually 2-3 cups of coffee a day): Ruma’s still does not live up to the standards of at least 2019/20. And about every day I walk along Central Avenue and maybe I’ve stopped by for coffee a dozen times (the last time was yesterday). We have: 1) Very (not even like that: very, very, very!!) long service: on a working day, especially in the morning, this disgrace on a scale of 10-15 minutes is simply unacceptable. In fact: if I see that there are at least 2 people at the checkout, I simply don’t go in. I don’t know who this is intended for and how it even happens, but in Moscow and Zelenograd I can’t remember at least one other coffee shop/coffee bar with a similar situation. 2) Actually, what made me write this review: handmade chocolates/sweets. Let's start with the fact that the girls at the checkout are not very aware of what boxes they have: when asked about a set of 16 or 20 candies, they went to see what they had. After about 3-4 minutes of searching, it was stated that we could put together a set of 16 candies: we paid, started collecting and... then it turned out that the box was still (!) for 25 candies (i.e. the level of the staff is clear: according to the box we we cannot distinguish a set of 16 candies from another set of 25). Good: faith in people has not yet been so undermined - we paid extra for 9 more candies :). But what I received in the end (see photo) does not stand up to any criticism at all: no gift wrapping, no ribbon, no bows, not even dividers inside (!!). And this is a set of handmade chocolates for 3+K?! I even asked separately about the ribbon and bows: the answer was that we simply don’t have them. The most interesting thing is that all this happened before: what Ruma’s has come to in terms of quality of service and the final presentation of its product to the buyer is simply a utopia. Perhaps there is a certain permanent contingent for whom this is the norm, but when evaluating similar offers even in Zelenograd (I’m generally silent about Moscow), you understand that, even if it costs +500-1000 rubles, you get a completely different level of service and, accordingly, the final product. If you want to work with different categories of buyers, maybe you should think that different people have different needs (rhetorical question)? P.S. There are no special questions regarding the quality of chocolate and other delicacies, but in relation to the asking price, again, the choice is in favor of competitors: although it is more expensive, there are more interesting ones.
