During a planned trip to Moscow with my husband, we decided to visit this “legendary” bar. We went to the site to see what was what, and saw that a women’s stand-up was taking place. And since this is the filming location for the famous show, we decided to combine business with pleasure. They paid 2500 for the tickets. Moreover, they bought the tickets a month before going to this bar! What is the result? And such that the stand-up comedy (and us along with it for some reason) was moved to another establishment. They just wrote a message on WhatsApp within an hour! They started calling to find out about the bar, the girl at first said yes, no, everything is fine, everything is valid, then after 10 minutes of clarification, it turned out that the stand-up was in another establishment. In response to the words that we bought tickets on the bar’s website specifically for them, and not on the stand-up website for the concert, so that they could move us to another place, the girl replied, well, if you don’t want to, don’t go, but we won’t return the money to you! And it’s like it’s okay, because the other bar is a seven-minute walk from them. Again I explain to her that I don’t want to give 5 thousand for gatherings in another bar, I took tickets to them! The answer is, well, I can’t help you. I’m telling you how to contact the management and who will resolve the issue with a refund; I don’t even know the answer. And I’m telling you, the money won’t be returned to you in any case. In the end, they gave them 5 thousand, but they didn’t get into the bar!!!! Complete scam!!! There is no limit to outrage!!!! It seems like I’ve been a fan of Sergei Zhukov since childhood, and I didn’t expect that an establishment with his face would deceive people like that!!! It's a shame!!! The sediment simply cannot be described as unpleasant!!! Eh Seryozha, he always seemed like a decent person, but here it is. If you want to lose money, this is where you go.
