Unextraordinary sandwich place. It tastes like food is the best thing I can say about it. Better to spend your money elsewhere or just make a sandwich at home.

I was pretty shocked when today I went to the Ruffage in Coquitlam Centre where I have been several times before. The guy finally came out from the back. He asked what I'd like, I told him half a sandwich and a coffee. Which bread he asked. I told him the nice dark Russian bread which is why I go there because I like that bread. He says No we don't have that. We're not going to be getting it anymore. Asks me if I'd like a different kind. I looked at the regular bags of bread which did not appeal to me and said I don't really like any of those kinds. There were just regular bags of Weston GMO type bread. And then he said "Well I'm letting you know now we're never going to get that bread again just so you know so you don't have to come back here anymore." And I said Oh okay I'll never come back here anymore and walked away. Is this for real? He says this with a smile as if he's doing me a real favor by telling me they will never again have that bread again. What customer service sending people away.

#1 most disgusting mall food in Coquitlam Centre, if not the lower mainland. They not only sell stale food, their attitudes are all horrid. They are not hygienic people and it is not food safe, the way they do not wear hair nets and handle the raw food with their dirty hands they just handled coins and bills with! Avoid at all costs. Even the Chinese food place is better and trust me, that's saying something.
