The three of us planned to sit together, we hadn’t seen each other for a long time, we chose this pub because none of us had been here, but we had all heard about it. We decided to get together on Friday, after work, so we booked a table for 9, because we work until that time and it’s close to go. Arriving here at 9, we were informed that we, in fact, had reserved a table for 8 and it had already been given to someone (they decided not to tell us either a call or a text message). When I asked why the reservation was for 8, when we wrote about 9, and when contacting us on the phone, we talked several times and clarified this time, I was told that I should not have questions for this employee, because She wasn't the one who booked the table for us. Instead of trying to solve something, we were offered to sit at the bar, where it is absolutely difficult for the three of us to communicate, or to wait until a table is free, which may not happen for quite a long time. And all this was presented so boorishly, like the questions weren’t for me, that someone wrote you down incorrectly, that it wasn’t my problem that the table was taken, and so on, that there was absolutely no desire to visit this place. Rubik is a wonderful establishment with the atmosphere (albeit a little show-off) of an English pub (I’ve been to them, that’s why I say this unequivocally ). Hospitable and friendly staff, a good assortment of craft beer and German classics and, what pleases us, a kitchen suitable for all this. But there are several small and subjective BUTs: 1. Please remove clocks that go backwards, not forwards. This is not good at all for superstitious people 2. Please add Germans. Weihnsteffan, Eyenger would be appropriate in larger numbers. I give the guys a high five. Thank you for being!
