Yesterday you ordered a full chicken meal which you requested to be individually packed the person who took your order advised it's not possible as we different pricing for full meals and individual meals, a order was confirmed for 2full meals after 2hours the order was not picked up , we called and the call was not picked up , when we called from a different number url answered and said to cancel the order after it was made and left , the driver was sent with the order after explaining the order was made for url , it was taken , today you called again to order when we explained about yesterday situation you go and leave a review in Google..you mentioned we are a small business so does that right you the right to take advantage of us ..which you won't do to a big franchise Our attitude depends on how we are treated you think you have a right to speak rudely to us and we must keep quite You don't want to spend extra on your meals but want it packed according to your will .. but saying we are money oriented
