Bought a wrap, asked to have it heated. No options to panini press or toaster oven the wrap. Staff recommend not go use the microwave as it would result in sogginess. Overall, wrap was cold and not savory. Genuinely surprised by lack of panini/sandwich press at such a venue. On a positive note , wrap had a lot of good protein. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We have an oven that we normally use as it's quick and doesn't make them soggy. We can also use a microwave as an option as well. I would like to know who served you so I can address this with them. Yesterday, December 29th my husband and I stopped to get sandwiches … that we have had from this bakery for years.
I ordered a Veggie sandwich and an egg sandwich. I also bought 8 sausage roll and 6 Cinnamon buns. And, a Chai tea Latte and a coffee.
We got to the beach down the road to enjoy our lunch.
Opened the Veggie sandwich ….which turned out to be two pieces of whole wheat bread with a bit of mayo and a slice of processed cheese.
So … we thought we would enjoy the sausage rolls …. Which we NOT fresh ..tasted like they had been frozen. So.. we brought out the cinnamon buns .. which were very dry and definitely were not made that day!
What happened to the Royal Bay Bakery? Very disappointing!
The two drinks were really good.
Sorry for the review but hopefully you will stop selling yesterdays baking as fresh today.
This is a bakery we have gone to for years … hope you understood our disappointment!
