Regarding the quality of the pizza with a filling not generous enough, we apologize. It is indeed an artisanal production, and there may be some misses, even if we educate the team every day, with specific technical sheets for each pizza. For the freshness of the pizza, unfortunately I cannot let you make such accusations… our pizzas are made every day in our laboratory, with fresh products. We transport them to the distributors with a refrigerated vehicle, and we keep them for a maximum of 48 hours in the cold rooms of the distributors where we could leave them for 3 days, and this in order to be able to offer a total freshness of our products to all of our clients. We have been offering this service for more than 3 years now, with an average of 30 pizzas/day in each of the 3 distributors (by calculation we are on almost 100,000 pizzas in 3 years on the distributors) and this is the first time that we have this type of return. Of course, we're worried about your daughter, but I can guarantee it's not about our pizzas. I invite you to stop by the pizzeria to make yourself known, and discuss it if necessary. I also offer you the compensation for your pizza which was not up to the usual quality on the dough and the filling.
