Super concept avec du personnel très sympa qui parle un peu français ce qui est plaisant pour comprendre la carte. Plats avec formule originale, à tester pour goûter des plats plus gastronomiques à Venise. Ambiance et décor très raffinés. Petit bémol sur l'absence de pizzas pendant plusieurs jours que nous n'avons donc pas pu goûter. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50

Quand un restaurateur vend une poignée de pâtes certes très bonnes à 25€ couverts compris je me dis qu'il manque de modestie. Service moyen J'avais presque fini mon plat lorsque mon compagnon a eu son assiette. On m'a retiré la mienne alors qu'il commençait la sienne.. sinon joli cadre mais cela ne fait pas tout hélas. Our recent dinner at Ristorante Rosa Rossa in Venice turned out to be an unfortunate culmination of our four-week journey across France and Italy. Regrettably, the experience was further marred by the dismissive attitude exhibited by the restaurant staff. The meal itself was highly disappointing, characterized by small portions that failed to meet our expectations. We initially intended to order more dishes after our initial taste, but the quality was so poor that we decided to conclude the meal prematurely. To our surprise, the chef approached our table to inquire about our dissatisfaction, but unfortunately, their response was defensive rather than receptive to our feedback. It should be noted that offering us grappa as a gesture of goodwill does not rectify the unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff, nor does it imply an agreement to withhold a review. Subsequently, we perused the reviews that we should have read before dining at the restaurant, which has led us to anticipate unwarranted negative remarks in response to this review. As avid travelers in pursuit of exceptional culinary experiences, we have enjoyed numerous remarkable meals throughout Italy, but, unfortunately, Ristorante Rosa Rossa did not deliver on this occasion. If the restaurant and its staff are unwilling to accept constructive feedback, it is advisable not to solicit it. We have communicated our dissatisfaction to our hotel, urging them not to recommend your establishment in the future. Ordinarily, we refrain from writing reviews when a dining experience falls short of our expectations. However, your restaurant left an exceptionally unpleasant impression. It is disheartening to witness the dismissive responses you have provided to honest reviews in the past, reminiscent of the contentious exchanges witnessed on certain episodes of Gordon Ramsay’s show "Kitchen Nightmares" involving Amy’s Baking Company. In conclusion, our visit to Ristorante Rosa Rossa was a regrettable affair, exacerbated by the lack of attentiveness and the unappealing quality of the food. We hope that this review serves as an opportunity for the restaurant to reflect on the importance of genuine feedback and strive for improvement. Internet thanks for this wonderful fairytale full of flat and generic sentences that actually say nothing and that seems reflecting your disappointment regarding the small portions we serve, you should have asked your concierge and he would …Internet thanks for this wonderful fairytale full of flat and generic sentences that actually say nothing and that seems reflecting your disappointment regarding the small portions we serve, you should have asked your concierge and he would have told you that our concept menu it is made of tastings and not whole portions. we wish to have the time you have to travel the world and to write stories but, instead of having fun like you do, trying to put the shame on local business, we would choose properly the place we want to go to eat in order to satisfy our expectations... and besides, what could we expect from people who sit their cute dog on the restaurant clean chair, supposed to be for people. Wasn't that thing that ruined your mood? We love dogs but they are not supposed to be sit on a chair so we told you not to do and your reaction was already so pissed off... wondering why you are so angry at us :') best wishes from all the "rude" staff, blessed us!!More
