I think roots should just leave deliveries to other fast food joints. 2 hours 30 minutes to get food when only 3 kilometers away is just unreasonable. Service: Takeaway Price per person: R 350–400 Service: 1

I got a terrible service from Roots Twin City... I bought food from the braai area, they store did not sell Brutal Fruit Strawberry Spritzer.,i then went to buy it from the store nearby, only to be told by the security guy that I cannot enjoy my beverage while waiting for the food because the booze was purchased somewhere else... It escalated to a point where staff members came to my table to tell me about their jobs being in line for 2 cans of Brutal Fruit Strawberry Spritzer that was purchased from a nearby store. FOR STARTER THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIGHN THAT I CANNOT COMSUME ALCOHOL FROM A FOREIGN PLACE, 2 NDLY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT I CANNOT CONSUME ALCOHOL FROM A FOREIGN PLACE BY THE CASHIERS, THIS IS THE UNFAIR TREATMENT I GOT FROM ROOTS TWIN CITY.
