We took some time to respond to you, awaiting possible similar feedback regarding our pastries that day. It was not the case. However, taking to heart to provide our customers with quality products and to satisfy you, would it be possible for you to please stop by the bakery (preferably in the morning) to give us a little more information? to allow us to investigate this incident (e.g., designation of the pastry, more detailed experience (taste, texture, etc.), etc.) as well as to compensate you.
