Rombos est proche de Arts at the Albion.

Once we got inside the owner said we were too early and didn’t confirm our table. She said she would seat us anyways so we thanked her.
We then commented on the wheelchair accessibility and the owner absolutely lost it. Flailing her arms and raising her voice “we don’t serve people here with disabilities”. We said we didn’t appreciate her attitude and wanted just to sit and eat, as we were exhausted from standing in the rain for the burial. She continued to give us attitude and then as we sat down she said “you know what I am refusing you guys you need to leave” and denied us service despite our reservation. We said some well deserved comments about how disrespectful this was and left to go to a more welcoming restaurant called Bethune's bistro. We will never go to that restaurant ever again. Thank you again to Bethune’s bistro for taking us in with open arms
This is a Violation of human rights. I’d love to know the town of gravenhurst thoughts on this. The waitress at Rombos came outside in tears apologizing to us. Saying she couldn’t believe how the owner treated us.
