Roman's pizza willows crossing is 1 of the best you're ever. Their pizza is always freshly made with love. And the service from the cashier was amazing pitty i forgot her name. She even recommended other pizzas that i didn't think we're also on special. From now on, I'll stick with Willows crossing because you guys know the value of customers. I always order at Willows Romans, never had a problem with the food nor the staff, ordered a small four in one today for lunch, asked for extra pepperoni, when they showed me the pizza with collection I asked where is there exstra pepperoni as I didnt see any 'exstra' only what should normally be on that pizza. I was told they did put extra usually there would only be 4 pieces if you order exstra they put on 6 pieces, so you pay R13.90 for 2 thin slices of pepperoni, nevertheless I paid and left, ate the first slice of pizza nothing wrong with it as soon as I took a bite from the second slice something smelled funny and it tasted sourish, I saw the piece of bacon on that slice also had a yellowish color so I smelled the bacon and clearly it was "off" I compared the color and the smell to the bacon on the remaining 2 pieces and it was definitely not the same. Took it back to Romans and asked the manager to please smell and taste that piece of bacon, she then ate it and told me that it all comes from the same pack and that there is nothing wrong with that piece. They wanted to make me another pizza but I sid NO THANK YOU as I lost my appetite. Like I said I've been ordering from this specific branch for 4 years now and never had a problem but after today I am not so sure anymore. Why can't you just admit that that piece of bacon does smell and taste funny, but to tell me there is nothing wrong with it trying to make a fool out of me. That is not what customer service is!! Please see attached photo, you could cause someone serious illness with the food that you serve.
