With regards to this branch. Multiples of times now, and when placing an order on the app, the time given to collect is 30min too early. I always have to wait and wait and wait some more. Once again at this branch, when I stood in the correct line to collect, and as I approached the counter (which was free) to enquire about my order, the worker told me "..there is a line" and to wait. She then proceeded to help a walk-in customer who was in another queue and diagonally behind me. Once my order was finally ready, and I simply and politely enquired as to why there is a collect sign on the front of the counter, She then arrogantly told me and I quote "I don't know why they put that sign there". Ja, me neither Lady. So if someone could please explain this concept to the workers, or remove the collection sign, to avoid confusion that would be helpful. Had it with this branch. Slow, and arrogant workers. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a tangy russian and caramelised onion. Very sparse, hardly any cheese. Spare rib and pineapple.- lots of pineapple, very little cheese and spare rib. Both had base with little cheese. My recent experiences with Roman's Pizza Selcourt Towers have been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing orders on two separate occasions, I encountered significant issues with both delivery and the quality of the food. During my first order, the pizza failed to arrive even after a two-hour wait, prompting me to make the inconvenient decision to collect it myself. This initial inconvenience was compounded by the fact that during my second order, the pizza arrived cold and in an unacceptable condition. What's more, the delivery driver's behavior was far from professional, displaying irritation and handling the order carelessly, resulting in squished boxes. Furthermore, the lack of concern or action from the manager suggests that such occurrences are not isolated incidents but rather a systemic problem within this branch/franchise. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others. In conclusion, my experiences with Roman's Pizza Selcourt Towers have been marked by delays, poor quality food, and unprofessional conduct, highlighting a clear need for improvement in their operations and customer service standards.
