Pathetic to only have one guy making the pizzas on busy night. Waiting over an hour for our food. Please managent do something about it people are complaining

I have been there several times until one day, while waiting for my order I saw a big rat running behind the counter, disapearing under the cold drink fridge. The staff thought this was funny and they had a good laugh - unfortunately I had already paid for my pizza and they would not give me a refund - it ended up in the dustbin, just disgusting.
