Bien placé, mais les cocktails manquent vraiment d'alcool pour 16€ pour deux cocktails ! Personnel agréable avec vu sympathique. C'est vraiment dommage, il manque plus d'alcool dans les cocktails pour que ce soit parfait ! Price per person: ALL 1,000–1,500

Roman restaurant made me like Albania even more! It was my last dinner during my trip in Albania so I would like to find a decent restaurant to enjoy my time. Also, I came here to see the sunset especially. There were a number of restaurants nearby that can see the sunset as well but Roman restaurant is more reasonably priced with a chilled, relaxing and inviting vibe. I’m happy with my choice! I ordered three dishes 1. Mixed seafood grill (2,000 ALL) I have a strong craving for seafood on an island. The seafood platter has a few ingredients: the squid, fish and shrimp were grilled very well. When the dish was delivered, I could slightly smell the charcoal and the seafood could still keep the juice. It was also served with cherry tomatoes, eggplants and potatoes. Though it said it’s for two people, I believe one person can finish it as well. The portion was not that big. 2. Seabass carpaccio (1,400 ALL) This dish came at the right time. As I felt eating out during travel can eat mostly meat, I wanted to add some vegetables and fruits in my diet as well. This Seabass carpaccio was nicely and vividly presented and tasted so fresh! The Seabass was soaked in sour yet refreshing lemon and orange juice with passion fruit and pomegranate seeds at the side. This made the Seabass so fruity and delicious! 3. Panna cotta (400 ALL) How to call it a dinner if I don’t add a wonderful dessert to end the night? At first, I did not have very high expectations on dessert as I thought Panna cotta might not be the specialty in Albania. But, the Panna cotta tasted extremely good! It was milky, soft, creamy and spongy. The plating of the Panna cotta was colourful and looks appetising. The fruit paired so well with the milky Panna cotta. Service: I would like to give a special thank to the staff, Mr Negland. He can remember each customer’s small requests, helps them to take pictures with the sunset, tries to entertain his customers to ensure they have a satisfying visit in the restaurant. It was late at night in Ksamil and I would like to go to Saranda. At that time, there was no more public bus so I asked the staff to call a taxi for me to avoid being overcharged. He said he can ask his friend who can give a more reasonable price. At last, his friend, who also works for the company’s group offered to drive me to Saranda for free. It really shows the hospitality, warmth and courtesy of Albanian people. This kind act re-ignites humanity in this materialistic or digital world, also leaves a memorable travel experience for me and creates a superb impression for the country. Thank you so much again! Atmosphere: The interior design is very chill. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Both are well-decorated. At night time, the outdoor light will be on that looks pretty romantic. They have 3 tables for 1-2 person, 3 tables for 4 people, and some more tables for big group of people. There is also a seaside bar in front of the restaurant that has a DJ who plays party music. There is a beach in front of the seaside bar. You can have it all when you dine here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ALL 3,500–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
