I took my wife out to Rodriguez. We like to try new places and we’ve been to plenty of meat restaurants similar to this but this was a first.

I’m going to start with saying the service wasn’t great, and the greeter at the door treated us very poorly and with an attitude.

Before I go on I want to note that the prices here are 30% higher then other (better in my opinion) places.

Our food came, the meat we ordered came with more fat then meat and the roasted vegetables on top were cold. (One of the nicer waiters added a bit more meat after we complained)

And what bothers me the most about that experience, is my stomach.
Both me and my wife have been up a while that night with a horrible stomach ache (I’ll note that we haven’t eaten any of the same foods the prior day besides for at the restaurant).
There is no question that we’ve eaten something that’s off.
