I got to give it guys for this man called Batista Brilliant and excellent service he offered to us with my girlfriend today .... I've been in a lot of restaurants where they judge customer by race and looks .. my point is as oceans mall is a high classic mall some workers my end up choosing customers but this man didn't hesitate to be a good server to us thank you very Batista and to the whole team for the nice food and atmosphere keep it up Secondly as a person who works in a customer service field giving brilliant service to customers always it's very nice to get the same treatment back sometimes I once saw a qoute saying sometimes you got to be perfect on something until we enjoy looking at you doing it as Batista turned to be an entertainment to us by just watching work keep it up my man and good luck in whatever you do Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We Decided to try the oceans rocomamas as we often enjoy the other franchises but unfortunately we were left with a little bit of disappointment. We ordered the classic cheese burger which was okay, but the slow burn was not - the patty was half cooked & raw inside :( the loaded fries were good. The service was really good, our waiter was friendly & attentive - and the food came out quite fast. The atmosphere was a little off as there was a table with small kids, that were a bit crazy and running around with 1 undressed. We do hope for a better experience next time. An excellent place to eat and share with your love ones. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is one of the best, they really try to make the best of your experience. The veggie choice is a must, the veggie smash burger is the best ever. Even when I go and ask for the burger with no bun they make it an absolutely best experience and taste. Everyone is so kind. Absolutely recommended.
