I did catch up with the team who took care of you that night. You were offered the only 2 table available which was on our heated patio which you did accept. The team did say they could have offered you to sit at a table of 4 inside had you requested. Your server was really trying to support your request for creating your own pasta. She had to check with the chef if they could accommodate creating your own pasta dish and the chef did say he could but he could not guarantee it would be the best flavour combinations. That is what your server was sharing with you - she did not intend to come across as dismissive to your request. I am sorry you did not enjoy your pasta creation and preferred the vegetables to be cooked more well done. If you had mentioned you did not enjoy your pasta we would have taken it off the bill at the time or you could have chosen another item from the menu of your choice. You were only charged for the Pasta Special without meat which was $24 plus tax. Our meat pastas are $28 plus tax. We are very sorry that our table and pasta disappointed you and the service did not work for you. We wish you all the very best and are sad that we could not meet your expectations.More
