I'm giving a 3 star, is for this reason. We ordered a hot roast beef and asked for it to be a closed face Instead of an open one, and asked for horseradish as well. The server didn't mention that there is an additional $1.50 per slice of bread and 75 cents for the horseradish,not that it adds up to much but I would think it's their job to at LEAST mention it to the paying customer!! I also noticed that the servers where wearing open toes sandles ( doesn't look professional) I didn't tip as the added cost for the bread and horseradish took care of what I was prepared to leave for a tip. Food is great but the service was horrible this time, kettles will get my business next!!!!! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The Rockford Restaurant is a real gem, friendly staff, great menu and well priced. Love stopping here, always had great meals! Parking: Plenty of free park in restaurant's lot.
