Hello. My friend and I came to the bar on 01/05/2024. My friend doesn’t speak Russian, we sat at the counter long before the sound check, ordered drinks for ourselves and the guys around us, everything was great, in the end we got to know the guys around us, paid for their drinks too, in total we spent more than 10 thousand rubles in cash and by card, but at some point a security guard approaches me without warning, rudely forces me to leave the premises (without explanation) and threatens me with violence. We came to the bar, complimenting the bartenders, the security, and all the workers around. Why they suddenly decided to expel us - they didn’t explain to us / especially since I had an English-speaking visitor with me, for whom I had to translate every word of these rude people from the establishment’s security. At some point, out of the blue, sitting in the same place, a security guard comes up to us (we weren’t rowdy, didn’t shout, didn’t dance, didn’t pester visitors and staff) - and says what we need walk away demanding payment for my drinks. Without explaining the reasons, without explaining anything - just LEAVE, YOU DO NOT PLACE HERE. By that time, we had quietly and calmly spent more than 10 thousand rubles. We were rudely escorted out of the hall, forced to pay the check (we don’t mind and pay), and in the process I was dragged face down on the floor during the whole party, they beat me and demanded money from me with threats that otherwise they would cause the National Guard. Without any evidence, I pay the check for drinks, which, as it seemed to me, should be less in value, and they rudely kick me out of the establishment. After this, when asked to explain the reasons for this attitude towards me and my friends, I was openly kicked by 3 security officers of the establishment and sprayed with pepper spray. My friend from Australia and I were saved only by a new acquaintance, Dmitry, who met us at the bar, and who took us to his home to wash away the consequences of the violent actions of the security guards of this establishment and persuade us not to write a statement to the police. Any visitor who is planning to enter this establishment and spend more than 1 ruble there, I strongly advise you to think twice, because you may simply not like the security service for no reason, who will throw you out of the establishment, rip off extra money from you, beat you up and spray you with pepper in the face spray can. And it doesn’t matter whether you spent 5/10/20 thousand rubles or more at the establishment, they just don’t like you. Goodbye. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
