Poor service provided by unhelpful and rude staff. They probably have a shortage of staff and what there is is disorganized and inadequate, at times even rude. After a long wait they brought the children's menu without bringing any cutlery or drinks. We had to ask several times with the children who had to eat already cold food! To drink, thank goodness we had water bottles.... Even worse for us adults... Minimal portions for the price paid, not even accompanied by a side dish.... According to them, the offers of the day were already sold out (we went at 8.30pm...) perhaps they were just a decoy... It was difficult to make any requests because the staff were rarely seen, when my son tried to call the attention of an unresponsive waitress, she allowed herself to shout at him "reprimanding" him for not waiting... We just wanted a bottle of water that arrived after a long time and two reminders. Final gem: the boy who was in the kitchen was the same one who served the meat at the tables, without a cap and letting his thick curls fly... Only at the end of dinner did a young and embarrassed waitress approach us to ask if everything had gone well... we just wanted to escape... Terrible experience! Obviously we won't go there again! I hope that this review is read by the managers of the Roadhouse chain, so that they carry out checks and take measures... their good name is at stake!
