However, we can prepare them more thoroughly or make them softer to suit your preferences. When you called us tonight, we informed you that the numbers you circled were 46, 47, 48, and 49, and you did not select C1, C2, C3, and C4. We can proof that because the Lemon chicken and chicken balls you ordered are on the same page of the menu, right under theTofu dieshes. We prepare our food fresh and store it properly under supervision. The base of the boiled-oil fish (沸腾鱼) is chili oil and other house-special ingredients. The dark color comes from the boiled oil and these ingredients. It may be too oily for some people. If you don't like the boiled-oil fish (沸腾鱼), we suggest you try the spicy boiled fish (水煮鱼) instead. Secondly, thank you for your compliments on the salted chicken.
