Club à ciel ouvert avec une clientèle internationale. Magnifiques cadre, musique au top et ambiance assurée . J’y ai passé une très bonne soirée même si en venant d’Olbia il fallait prévoir une trentaine de minutes(virage). Foncez sans réfléchir

I recently visited Ritual Club with high hopes, enticed by the promises of incredible views and a delightful aperitivo experience. However, my overall experience was marred by miscommunication by their staff and exorbitant prices, leaving us feeling thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, we were appalled to discover that we were asked to pay five euros for parking without receiving a receipt. The parking belongs to the venue, so it should be included in the service and it should be communicated at the time of booking. This just left a feeling that they were trying to scrape money from customers in all ways they could. Despite booking two months in advance, my partner and I were given a suboptimal table, as we were informed that we failed to specify our preference for a table with a view. This lack of consideration was disheartening, especially after making such an early reservation. The staff at Ritual Club were undeniably friendly and accommodating, but misleading and blatant liars when it came to pricing communication. The aperitivo experience was not what we expected. Upon arrival, we were informed that the aperitivo had a fixed cost of 30 euros per person, regardless of the drink ordered. This unexpected charge was not communicated to us beforehand and felt excessively expensive. For context, I live in London, a city with much higher salaries than Italy and meant to be expensive, and we still found prices here nonsensically high, and even the view and the stylish venue do not justify trying to con customers about prices. To complement our evening, we ordered a bottle of wine from the menu, priced at a staggering 48 euros (compared to 11 euros online). As we were below the 60 euros mark, the entry price for an aperitivo for 2 people, we politely requested to have a bottle of water included. The waiter agreed, and we also specified our preference for a vegetarian aperitivo. Regrettably, a couple who arrived half an hour after us received their aperitivo before we did. When our order finally arrived, it was not vegetarian, leading to further disappointment. The waiter apologised, citing a miscommunication with the kitchen. Our wait continued, and after a full hour of sitting there, we finally received one vegetarian and one regular aperitivo. While the quality of the food was commendable, the overall experience was tarnished by the numerous mishaps and delays. When it came time to pay, we were presented with a bill amounting to 66 euros, because of an additional charge of six euros for one bottle of water. Had we known we would've had to pay for water, we would at least have ordered water we liked. We just went with the water the waiter gave us as we thought it would be free, as the waiter agreed. And if you're not familiar with prices in Italy, 6€ is around double the price of a water bottle in a restaurant in Italy. It was disheartening to learn that the water could not be included in the aperitivo, especially since we were not given the opportunity to choose the type of water. This lack of transparency left a bitter taste in our mouths. Coming from London, where salaries are higher and customer service is typically excellent, this lack of professionalism and transparency was simply unacceptable. While Ritual Club boasts a great view and an appealing ambiance, the miscommunication, unreasonably high prices, and overall treatment left me feeling deceived and ripped off. A truly luxurious establishment would be forthright about its pricing structure, ensuring that customers are fully aware of what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it ultimately ruined our experience and our night. A place that treats customers like this doesn't feel fancy or stylish, it feels cheap, and it conveys a feeling that they don't want customers to enjoy themselves but rather to get robbed with different tricks, regardless of the way customers feel. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Ritual Club due to the disappointing service, lack of communication, and excessive prices. It is my hope that they address thes
