As regards the cacio e pepe, we are sorry that it did not meet your tastes, what is certain is that if you had made this known at the time we could have remedied it promptly but this did not happen. As regards the bill, do you believe that depending on the area of Rome where a restaurant is located, raw materials have a different cost? Or do you think the suppliers don't have the same prices whether they are in the center or on the outskirts?..You gave us a good idea, we will try to tell our suppliers that since we are on the Tiburtina we have to pay less for our raw materials so we will be able to see them less. We conclude by saying that €30 plus €5 (two waters) therefore €35 for two people absolutely does not seem as high a price as you say. Above all, our customers praise the freshness and goodness of every raw material we use and you can read this for yourself in our reviews! We thank you all the same for leaving this review, even if it is a little ambiguous, and we invite you to come back to try other dishes. THE PANMore
