Arriving around 9.30pm at the location, and please stop complaining about the road to this restaurant with her mesmerizing view, since it´s just a dirt road. I will not recommend to go up that road with your Lamborghini or Ferrari, however with all other kind of cars you´re going to be OK. Since we stayed as guests at the apartment belonging to this Agriturismo Cabu Abbas, we had a look at the restaurant as well. We didn´t made an reservation, which we should have done, since it´s almost always fully booked. Now I know why... This multi-course fixed menu, I believe there were 16 courses?, starts at 8.30pm and although no reservation and one hour too late, the owner made sure that we were able to enjoy this overwhelming tasting menu. This is an experience on itself, were you´re able to try the local food from Sardinia, with an breathtaking view of Olbia. Please make sure that you arrive on the ´hungry side´, since it is a lot of food. Congratulations to the owner and his staff, which made this an unbelievable (food) experience, strongly recommend it!
