AMAZING FOOD!!! this is what real italian and homemade food is. thank you so much for lorenza for her incredible service and free coffee, and her father for the amazing food. definitely one of the best italian restaurants i’ve ever been to. their tiramisu is to DIE for. Shortly before the start of the performance we stopped at the Ristorante Verbano, opposite the opera. We were really late. Nevertheless, we received our food a short time later. Excellent, freshly prepared and served with a smile. Spaghetti Carbonara without the cream sauce that is usual elsewhere, wonderful. (By the way, €10.95, where else can you get it for that price? - I would have paid more) We had to turn down the free espresso due to a lack of time. We'll be happy to come back and next time we'll be early enough. I don't understand why the place even had free seats, it's quite small. I guess we were lucky. Thank you.
