Theaterfigurenmuseum est un parfait complément à l'expérience de cette pizzeria. La cuisine cuisine italienne créée par un chef populaire est grandiose à cet endroit. Vous allez vraiment apprécier une pizza au salami délectable. Les gourmets disent qu'un tiramisu est délicieux ici. Un grappa délicieux rendra votre repas plus savoureux et vous fera surement revenir. Ristorante San Remo propose un expresso bon parmi ses boissons.

The food was okay, the staff was very nice and attentive. However, I would advise against going here with a group. The innkeeper appeared to be very complicated in advance and wanted firm commitments regarding the volume of the individual orders. On site he was very inflexible and rigid, we even offered to pay for services that we had not used. This was initially not accepted, but was later billed as such. All in all, half the pizza and my son's coke cost €40 if we split the bill. In the end, the only reason we didn't end the evening at San Remo was because we were afraid that the person who had made the reservation would then have had to pay for all services, regardless of whether they were accepted or not. The incident happened three months ago. I'm consciously not writing this to you in my initial anger over what turned out to be a very unpleasant evening. Looking for a good pizza, I went to Ristorante San Remo. I read about the pizza: "Dough has rested for 48 hours, is baked at 480 degrees, Napoli style". Well, I often ate pizza in Napoli and was looking forward to it here in Lübeck. Unfortunately the result wasn't really good. However, it only concerns the dough: it was neither fluffy nor was the edge even remotely crispy. There are people who order a pizza mainly because of the delicious crust, but here... it's a shame... that was a sentence with an "x"... namely, nothing at all. Neapolitan pizza is not consistently crispy (in contrast to Roman pizza, for example...). The base is soft and not because it is soggy from the ingredients on it. The edge, however, is crispy... definitely on the outside. Here the dough was soft and also chewy everywhere. If I had picked up a triangle, it would have fallen completely horizontally. I cut off the entire edge and left it there. The really attentive, friendly and constructive waiter took up the topic and we discussed it. He also described the Neapolitan style...rather soft dough. Yes, but not the edge. The edge is always firmer and crispy on the outside. If I hadn't known better, I would have guessed that the pizza would only have been in the oven for half the cooking time. For the price of €18.50 I can rightly expect a better pizza experience. To make up for it, I received a limoncello, which is freshly made by a dealer on behalf of the restaurant. It also smelled fantastically of fresh lemons, but it was room warm and you don't drink limoncello like that. It's COLD! Conclusion: A nice atmosphere, a very constructive and very friendly service but I won't eat pizza here again. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
