Excellent restaurant pour découvrir une cuisine sicilienne de qualité. Service impeccable avec un des serveurs parlant Français. Absolutely loved the food at Ristorante Rais! The staff was so welcoming even if me and my boyfriend did not pre book, as we just got to San Vito and decided to try it out based on all the recommendations on Google reviews. So happy we did, the atmosphere was perfect, the lovely guy who spoke English went above and beyond by recommending some delicious red wine, spot on! The food was very good, the service was a bit slow indeed but that's because they were busy and wanted to take the right amount of time with every table. My most favourite dish was by far the desert, the pistachio cream! I went there the second evening especially for it! Don't have enough words to describe how delicious that jar of perfection is! If you are visiting San Vito, this place is a must try! You won't be disappointed Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
