For us, it is our top priority that our guests feel comfortable, receive excellent service and are pampered with culinary delights We would also like to take the time to replicate and give you our opinion: On the one hand, we are very happy that you first wrote that the food was good, as this is certainly primary for us. Since you start with this statement, we do not understand your one-star rating or have to assume that everything affected the quality of the food to such an extent that you ultimately gave it a one-star rating. We also believe that the eye eats with us and that's why our priority is to present the food beautifully on the plate. Since we no longer knew what you had eaten so that we could get an idea of ​​what you complained about about the aesthetics, we called up your table from the cash register: You had marinated mussels and then pinsa (sat at a table of two upstairs Pizzeria area, so not a winter garden or pergola, to understand us). Now a little question from us: how could we have arranged the mussels differently (or more beautifully) in your plate? This is a so-called "Pepata di cozze", which corresponds to a soup (technically the sauce on the bottom and the mussels on top) that you ladle into the plate and serve that way. Unfortunately, you cannot arrange mussels individually or in any other way on a plate (at most it is a gourmet plate, which you serve and decorate with a few mussels). However, since we are a pizzeria and not a gourmet restaurant, it is not possible for us to beautifully arrange the individual (many) mussels on a plate. Or did you think the Pinsa wasn't beautifully arranged? Because here, too, we are talking about a dough with the associated ingredients that are placed on top of the dough. When it comes to pizzas and pizzas, it is unusual to pay attention to aesthetics because the ingredients are PLACED on them (and not popped!) and therefore they are not arranged according to a corresponding plan or scheme. Nevertheless, our arrangement may have bothered you and we are very open to constructive criticism and will be more careful in the future. As far as our prices are concerned, we have fair prices that adapt to the quality and, above all, the regional restaurant prices, not cheaper but also not more expensive than the other pizzerias in the region, because the purchase price of the food is exactly the same for us (in the country). like in the city, unfortunately we don't pay less for groceries because we run a remote restaurant. However, it may be that you ranked them higher if you were not satisfied with all of them and therefore found them to be expensive. Last but not least, I would also like to mention that the person who "slammed the bill in front of us" (as you define it) was NOT the boss himself because none of the 3 of us managing directors (both Tundo's sisters and the husband of a sister) would ever do that. We spoke to our employee about this and the waiter who served you said he didn't slap the bill but rather put it down. Of course, it may well be that you interpreted his gesture differently and we from the management apologize very much for that. We are sorry that you all had a bad experience with us.
