Anybody who gives this less stars is unrealistic. This place is as real and authentic as you can get. It's all by itself in a small town and pretty much the only low-cost selection. First, they're unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Second, the place is spotless. I went to the bathrooms to wash my hands and it was clean clean. Like, the kind of clean that's always clean and maintained, you can tell.Third, the food. We've been in Italy for a month and are a little burned out on pizza. However, I'd eat here every night for another month. I can't believe a simple mushroom pizza can have so much flavor. You can taste the tomatoes in the tomatoe sauce, the mushrooms, the cheese and the bread. Each flavor was distinct on its own and combined in your mouth for a simple and beautiful combination of savory satisfaction. Pizza perfection. As a side note, I ordered the gnocchi, which was really good, but just order the pizzas. The simple distinguished flavor profiles combine beautifully.Finally, everybody working there was unrelated but a small community family. Their was a picture on the wall from years ago of all of the same people together. Amazing. I hope you get to experience this.

Celiac friendly. Entire gluten free menu including pasta. Friendly staff. Delicious and good value for money only €4 for a margarita gluten free pizza base is delish
