Like us, Kalamaro, an old local fisherman, deeply loved the sea and Riccione. Every evening, he left on his boat and, when he returned to port, his nets were always full of freshly caught fish. His wife, the Lifeguard of the Riviera, prepared it every day with great care and simplicity. Together, they brought the flavor of the sea to their table every day, until they decided to open a small kiosk on the canal, a stone's throw from the fishing boats. And it is precisely here that Kalamaro Fritto Osteria was born. The old red and white striped wooden walls are no longer there today, but we could never give up our love for the sea and good food, because we grew up with the sound of the waves and with salt on our skin.
