Furthermore, the risotto she had (oyster, licorice and burnt lemon) was certainly unusual, and I suspect that the language barrier made her misunderstand the description of the dish she was ordering. I consider one star a very severe judgment for having tasted a single course, which does not take into account the quality of the raw materials and the service offered, but this is a personal opinion.
