The hotel on the ground floor looks promising. The caffee is nice with delicious food and friendly service. The lobby is modern and stylish. Unfortunately the lift took us not only to the upper floors but back to the 90s. The corridors leading to the rooms and the rooms themselves are very dated. The bed was extremely poor quality and the bathroom was tiny with virtually no water pressure. Even though it has a nice, central location I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there until a thorough refurbishment. Service: 3

Hotel has overpriced rooms for what they offer. We paid almost €100 per night but price was not justified for the room we got. Bed was horrible, loud at every movement at night, furniture old and partly broken and bathroom far from new. Only good thing was the location (next to the San Pellegrino terme and I’m in front of the bus stop) and kind staff and receptionists. Service: 3

We stopped for an early evening aperitif. Excellent cocktails, mediocre accompanying appetizers, hard and cold focaccia. The dining room staff is courteous, it's a pity that I had to wait several minutes at the cash register to pay because the gentleman in charge was chatting amiably with, presumably, old friends. Of course, nothing bad, but the situation could have been handled differently since we weren't the only ones waiting. Service: 3 Location: 4
