Un véritable délice. Une cuisine locale fine et fraîche. L'endroit ne paye pas de mine, mais il vaut le détour si vous voulez bien manger.

Beautiful location, intrigued by the many positive reviews we decided to try it. I decided to try the tuna carbonara, in addition to the lot of salt present in the dish, the dish was practically devoid of flavour, not to mention the second course which was tuna Favignanese style, embarrassing, raw tomato and tuna that seemed defrosted and cooked. My recent visit to Osteria Cavallo was an exceptional dining experience that left me excited and eager to return soon. This tavern, known for its dedication to the quality and freshness of its ingredients, exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the fish, with bluefin tuna as the absolute protagonist. Each dish was a symphony of flavours, presented with skill and attention to detail. **Appetizers:** We started with a selection of seafood starters which opened the meal with fresh and delicious notes. The delicately sliced red tuna carpaccio was accompanied by a light seasoning that enhanced without overwhelming the natural flavor of the fish. Every bite was a perfect balance of freshness and flavor. **First dishes:** The first course was a seafood risotto which was able to express all the best of the raw materials used. The cooking of the rice was perfect, with a creaminess that harmoniously combined the intense flavors of the seafood. Another highlight was the red tuna pasta, where the homemade pasta was combined with the rich, full-bodied taste of the tuna, enhanced by a touch of lemon and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. **Second Courses:** For the second course, I chose a slice of seared red tuna, accompanied by a reduction of balsamic vinegar and seasonal vegetables. The tuna, cooked to perfection, was tender and succulent, with a slightly crunchy outer crust that added a nice texture.
