Cette pizzeria et Church of the Holy Cross apparaissent comme très attirants pour les touristes. Tous les invités aiment la superbe cuisine cuisine italienne de Cibus.
The people now managing Cibus have appropriated the name, and just that. They have kept none of the quality, the care and the love the old management put into everything. It is quite literally a scam. The appetizers were frozen and microwaved. We could tell, not just by the taste but by the speed and the molten lava heat at which they were served. The main course was barely proposing any flavor. Now I expect this ANYWHERE but in Sicily. And quite frankly, how do you even mess up a Pasta alla Norma is beside me. But the most incredible, absurd, out of this work this was: The first wine proposed for tasting was not to our liking, which the host took as an offense. We accepted the second one just to avoid more theatrics. It was quite frankly bland and flat. The selection was so skimpy and skinny... we did not go further. No second course, no dessert. Didn't even finish the wine. It just wasn't worth it. On our way out, as we paid, we noticed A WHOLE WALL filled to the brim floor to ceiling.. with excellent wine bottles. We inquired, somewhat politely and timidly. "Oh, this is my own private collection". Displayed grandiosity for all to see, while on the menu he overcharged us cheap tasteless flat wine and even worse food, as he paraded a loved local name he doesn't respect. Never again.
