Cocktails were uninspired, as though the person designing or making them did not understand the ingredients. Pasta was passable, slightly better than food court quality. Protein portions were generous but did not deserve to be showcased. We passed on desert because no one bothered to offer a desert menu. Staff repeatedly checked in and conversed with tables that had at least one caucasian guest, and ignored tables with all visible minority guests. Folks who were seated and ordered after us got their drinks, appetisers, and mains before us. There are clearly favourites and if you’re reading this review, you’re probably not on the list. Washroom sinks were not fully functional. We would have spoken to the manager about these things, had anyone checked in on us. Instead, we waited 10 minutes with our coats on before we had to flag down a server in order to pay. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid street parking, Paid parking garage Parking: If you’re going to pay for downtown parking anyway, there are several better pasta and fine dining options a 5 minute walk away from this place. Kid-friendliness: It’s not designed to be an enjoyable place for anyone under 16 or so. Wheelchair accessibility: Even if you are using a walker or wheelchair, you have to tell the hostess about those. They are fairly clueless about anyone who is not an outwardly able-bodied adult or senior.

We’re committed to reflecting on your feedback and holding ourselves to a much higher standard moving forward. As for the insinuation that there was some sort of racism involved we take great offense to that. Considering ownership as well as much of the staff are children of immigrants or direct immigrants themselves . Were sorry that you didn't enjoy our restraint Sincerely, but. We've had a delicious meal at Rigoletto's tonight. Generous portions and affordable. The broccoli Spaghetti was delicious, very fresh vegetables and well balanced flavours. My husband had the Night Pasta special, full of flavour. Service was attentive, efficient and friendly. Great location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
