I had the worst experience i’ve ever had and at rickie’s in ladner. Our server never came over to see us once and we had a host taking our orders the entire time we were there. She was clearly unexperienced as her job is a host not a server. the service was extremely slow and it took 15 minutes for us to get food orders in. I also ended up getting the wrong order so we had asked to speak to the manager. The manager at this location was extremely unprofessional and began to argue with me right off the batt and gave us no compensation. There restaurant is in terrible quality and the booths have left black dirt all over my pants. This was by far the worse experience i’ve had and I will never return to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst breakfast ever had at a Ricky's. Was shocked. Food cold, portions small, eggs cooked wrong. Ended up giving it to my dog

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of gluten-free options. I came here because all the Ricky's I have gone to have gluten-free bread. To be told that you haven't had any gluten-free bread for a long time, was completely frustrating. I will never come back here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
