We were very upset with the restaurant. If you pay for entry, then the service should be appropriate. The staff doesn't care about the guests, they were only interested once when placing an order. The room is cool, there is no heating in the hall, because of this many guests have to ask for a blanket and wrap themselves up, and at the next table people were sitting with their families in jackets. The wait for the dishes was long, as were the drinks, although we ordered the most insignificant things: Caesar salad, French fries and lemonade, we waited for more than half an hour. To our question “What’s wrong with the order?” They said that we needed to wait another 7-10 minutes, but in the end they brought us cold food. We originally booked a table, arrived earlier (about 10-15 minutes), upon entering we were told that our table was still occupied, we were asked to wait, instead of being offered another table. The point then is to book a table, if upon arrival, it will still be busy and you will have to wait until your table is free; others will not even offer, although a couple of tables were free at that time. We waited until our table was cleared, we were surprised at the sanitation, they took some kind of wet rag, lightly wiped it and everything that was on the table, they simply threw it on the floor and left, and then invited us. It won’t be possible to come and have a quiet time, as it is very noisy, it’s difficult to even hear your interlocutor at the same table. I think that the entrance fee is clearly unnecessary and unreasonable; for such service, it is not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1
