My husband and I stayed at Queen Palace in September 2024, and what we thought would be a pleasant stay turned into a nightmare when it came to dining. We booked a room that included breakfast, but that turned out to be one of the worst decisions we've ever made. From the very first breakfast, I couldn't find a single clean cup for coffee or glass for juice. The entire shelf, which was supposed to be filled with clean items, had dirty cups, and some glasses even had lipstick marks on them. It was appalling! After that, we refused to drink from the restaurant’s cups and started bringing our own from our room. However, the final straw came on our third morning at the Queen Palace. I found MOLD on the bread that was being served. I immediately alerted the staff, who simply took the bread back to the kitchen, replaced it with a fresh loaf but put it on the same basket like nothing had happened. Their casual attitude was shocking. To make matters worse, I noticed that some desserts had been sitting out on the table for three consecutive days. Initially, I thought they were baking the same cake daily, but it became painfully clear that it was, in fact, the same stale cake, sitting out day after day. This was by far the most disgusting dining experience of my life. If you value cleanliness, safety, and basic food hygiene, do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs. The Queen Palace may offer a nice-looking facility, but its food safety standards are a complete disaster. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
