I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kaštel restaurant in Omišalj, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with each dish prepared to perfection, showcasing both the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. The staff were exemplary in their service. A special commendation goes to my waiters, Nikola and Sadri, who were remarkably courteous, attentive, and professional. Their warm and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and care. The elegant yet comfortable setting provided the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal.
