Ce restaurant et Castello Principesco apparaissent comme très attirants pour les touristes. On vous offrira un café délicieux. Les visiteurs n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre une lasagne à Hotel Panorama.
Il y a une vue magnifique depuis ce lieu. Imaginez la combinaison d'un plat délicieux avec un personnel qualifié, c'est exactement ce que cet endroit vous offre. Un service décontracté est toujours un plaisir. Ce restaurant a obtenu le score de 4.2 dans le système de notation de Google.

I went in this hotel bar in Merano with my son two days ago, to order two cups of tea there. The view of the bar was wonderful, but I found the service very unfriendly , the waiter who came to take my order was a bit impatient, once he took the order, he left immediately without a smile. I felt very unwelcome straight away. I was ordering my drinks in English, I asked for the oat milk instead of the normal milk for my tea, as I am lactose intolerant, he nodded to this request (implying understanding). After waiting for a good 10 mins, our tea had arrived, but they gave me cows milk instead of the oat milk. I then brought the milk back to the bar, tried to explain to the older woman who worked behind the bar that evening, to ask them if they could change this milk to me oat milk instead, the woman who worked behind the bar started to show her anger towards me , she picked up a bottle of some drink and slammed it down on the table hard, making a loud noise, and started grumbling/muttering in German, with a very unfriendly face. I am Chinese/English, so I couldn’t help but wonder if she was discriminating me on this basis, what other basis would warrant this extreme behaviour? I was so shocked to receive that, I tried to make a complaint about this woman’s attitude to the hotel manager there, the manager instead agreed she was wrong for treating me like that, he tried his best to defend her, which was unbelievable. Offering to buy our silence on this negative experience by compensating the price of our drinks. I firmly refused, and paid for our drinks, this kind of poor hospitality and hostility was extremely disappointing. I am not sure that I would have received this poor treatment if I was German-speaking or European/white. Although I am not certain of this, this is the context as an Asian woman travelling in Europe, where racism has certainly never disappeared. I simply wanted to change the milk for my tea, and instantly I was being punished for their mistake. I have been to Italy many times before, I never had such bad service. Service: 1

We stayed in the Panorama Suites annex building and then had breakfast in the main building. We were totally satisfied with the hotel... The hotel is about 700m below the main village of Dorf Tirol. Brilliant view directly from the room or the balcony of Merano, the beautiful vineyards and the mountains opposite. The Panorama Suites have their own outdoor pool and a pleasant temperature. The absolute highlight is the chairlift down to Meran. This is included free of charge and you can be in Meran in 5 minutes with a fantastic panoramic view. We've needed this a lot and it's even better than I can describe. Room: we had a family room with a separate small bedroom for our two children. The room is awesome, modern, great beds, very nice big bathroom! Breakfast: the breakfast at the Hotel Panorama is good, but nothing special. There is good sausage, fresh fruit salad, good rolls. Unfortunately, you almost have to beg for your cappuccino from the waitress. It was difficult to order a second cup of cappuccino or latte almost every morning. But we persisted . The location is really great. With the chairlift to Meran, with the free bus/train to everywhere, you can also walk to the village of Tyrol or take the free bus. We would really recommend the Panorama Suites to everyone! Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
