Restaurant incroyable avec un serveur des plus adorable et drôle, nous avons passé un super moment avec lui et je le remercie. La nourriture était excellente, les ingrédients frais et bien préparés, on s'est tous régalés en découvrant des plats régionaux. La déco au top et la table de qualité. Good Danish smørrebrød, which is not quite in the luxury category. We ate, among other things smoked eel, herring, rib roast and Parisian steak. The waiters were very nice, spread a good mood and gave tasting samples of schnapps. The prices are as they usually are for smørrebrød in Copenhagen K, but you can get very full from two pieces. If you want to eat smørrebrød in the evening, Restaurant Kronborg is one of the few options. Can definitely be recommended, even if there were small oversights on a busy evening. The Christmas herring is good, but not that different from traditional marinated herring. My mother's rib roast was a little undercooked, but the homemade red cabbage was good. It surprised me that you got the upper part (topping) served as a whole dish on a plate, but had to put it on the bread yourself. This also applied to the two people I was with who did not eat gluten-free. After getting the herring and eggs, I had to wait over 10 minutes for another round of gluten-free bread. It wasn't so lucky as herring doesn't taste that good without bread and I was hungry. You get butter, bread and homemade fat ad libitum. My sirloin steak was completely raw inside. The waiters were nice, so they would probably have offered to give it a few extra minutes if I had complained. However, I chose not to say anything as they were busy. And I also like tartar. There are many tables squeezed into a small space. If you want good space and not too much noise, you should visit the place at a less busy time. I tasted three of the homemade schnapps, which, however, were generally a bit thin in taste. Dietary restrictions: There is gluten-free bread and beer (San Miguel), but only one type, not gluten-free rye bread. There was only one type of gluten-free bread. Probably brown sourdough/toast bread from Schär (from the supermarket). It is a good type of bread. But there should have been a "rye" type of bread, preferably home-baked, as smørrebrød is made with rye bread.
