It couldn't be better on Sylt! To the restaurant: An all-round carefree package for connoisseurs. Food, service and wine are of an exceptional standard and have no hesitation in giving us a 5/5 star rating! To the hotel: We came to a stylishly furnished and clean room in a quiet location. The breakfast is very well presented and is rounded off by caring service. A New Year's Eve menu at Jörg Müller in Westerland. a menu sequence that we liked. We wanted to treat ourselves to culinary delights, especially on New Year's Eve. All dishes were fresh, attractively presented and perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, the tables were very narrow and the many guests in the room did not allow a conversation across the table. Between courses, I sat on the bench with my wife so that we could sit next to each other and chat. So we had a few nice moments together on New Year's Eve. The service was friendly and competent and the menu was served relatively quickly, so we still had enough time to go to the beach to watch the hustle and bustle and fireworks along the promenade. It was nicer to watch the goings-on from the beach. Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
