We came from Moscow and chose it because of its convenient location. It has its own parking, the lobby is cozy, the staff is neutral, but the comfort of the room does not qualify for the “comfort” status. We waited until the room was finished, but check-in was at 12, and we actually arrived at 18. They cleaned up, but didn’t put down the paper or slippers. The room is cozy, but the bed is oak (where is the comfort?), and the audibility between the rooms is too much. Verdict: you can live, but it’s better to find a better option Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

We really liked the Scarlet Sails hotel. Very responsive, kind staff. I would like to undo the good work of the entire team that serves this hotel. Especially the girl Ekaterina. who met us. She told and showed everything. Helped us find our way in a foreign city. And the breakfast is great. I advise everyone to visit this hotel. Keep it up. An excellent option for accommodation in the city center. Friendly and welcoming staff. It was our first time in Kaluga and we did not regret staying at this hotel. Many attractions are within walking distance. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, tea set, slippers, shampoo, gel, shower cap and soap. For a budget option, everything was fine.
