We were very, very satisfied, the kitchen is excellent, the SPA area is overwhelming for a hotel. I can highly recommend it, access to the sea from the hotel, there are also 2 very large outdoor pools. Simply amazing. Was here for the second time now. 100 points !!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Még csak 3. napja vagyunk itt...A szálloda 4**** minősítésű. A személyzet figyelmes, udvarias, segít, ha hozzájuk fordulunk. A szállodának csak "néhány" kültéri parkolója van, (lehetetlen szabad helyet találni) A mélygarázsban kaptunk viszont helyet 17 EUR/ nap. Sokalltuk, de kényszerhelyzetben voltunk. Mások mondták, hogy 1 órát is "keringtek" a városban mire felszabadult valahol 1 hely. Aki Lovranba jön, az számoljon ezzel, tájékozódjon. A félpanziós ellátásunk a 3. nap után már kicsit egysíkúnak tűnt, de finoman voltak elkészítve, mindig feltöltötték a fogyó ételeket. Ízléses, tiszta szervírozás. Egyedül a "kinti terasznál" volt tapasztalható az, hogy a galambok (vírust-bacilust terjeszhetnek) néha félméternyi közelségük nagyon zavaró volt, ha pedig valaki bement a svédasztalokhoz valamiért, - rá is repültek a kint hagyott - még elfogyasztani kívánt étkekre. Pozitív dolog, a két lift mindig működött, rövid várakozásokkal csúcsidőben. Saját tengerparti része betonozott, sziklás, fürdőcipő szükséges. Hirtelen mélyülő, kisgyerekeknek nem igen ajánlanám! A vendégek nem zajongtak, békés volt a hangulat a sokféle nemzetiség között. A szobák ( superior ) megfelelő felszereltséggel, klíma, Wifi rendben, a Tv is jól működött. Mégis valami híányérzet kavarog bennünk feleségemmel, több hasonló helyen jártunk már...Lehet, hogy túl fáradtan érkeztünk...De nincsenek csalódásaink, s még 7 éjszakánk " hátra " van! 2023.07.11. 04:55 az idő. Ma van az utolsó "teljes" nap...! Holnap utazunk haza, - ami jó dolog - de a korábban leírt " hiányérzet" mostanra elszelidült. Átalakult abba az irányba, hogy hiányozni fog a Hotel Excelsior minden szolgáltatása. A személyzet példás helytállása, a hely, az épület, ( mégha kicsit "retro" is), a strandja. Jó volt itt!
