I got delivery and waited 3 hours. Unacceptable. I will never order from here again. . I don’t care if it was Xmas Eve, they should have had the staff to accommodate the amount of people who chose to eat in, take out orders, and delivery orders. Our experience at New Oriental Buffet was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s unprofessional and rude behavior. We were on a family and friends trip around Lethbridge and decided to stop by for a meal. After finishing, we were about to leave when an older lady stopped us, asking if we had already paid. I responded, "Yes," and we continued walking out. Suddenly, a middle-aged man started yelling at us, accusing us of not paying. We immediately went back inside, and thankfully, my dad had kept the receipt to prove our payment. Despite this, the staff did not even apologize for their mistake or their absurd accusations. Their approach was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. This restaurant needs a better system, especially during busy hours, and their staff should be trained to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. I do not recommend this place, and I urge others to think twice before dining here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know how this place is even open! Do not eat hear if you are looking for FRESH HOT food. If you just want batter, this is your place! Yuck
